Account Registration and Security

- Password Security:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must notify lg999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

- Inactive Accounts:An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. lg999 may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the lg999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lg999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Processing times and minimum transaction amounts may vary by payment method.
- Deposit Currency:All deposits must be made in BDT. lg999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Withdrawal Processing:Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. lg999 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud checks.
- Chargebacks:Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to lg999 is a breach of these Terms. lg999 reserves the right to close the relevant account and recover outstanding amounts through all available legal means.
- Transaction Records:lg999 maintains transaction records which are final and binding in the event of any dispute. If you believe a transaction has been recorded incorrectly, you must contact support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
lg999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.
- Wagering Requirements:Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each bonus's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Bonus Abuse:lg999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it determines that the bonus has been obtained or used in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated group play or arbitrage betting strategies.
- Bonus Eligibility:Bonuses are available to qualifying players as described in each promotion's specific terms. lg999 may exclude certain jurisdictions, payment methods or player categories from specific promotions. Employees of lg999 and their immediate family members are not eligible for any bonus.
- Bonus Expiry:Bonus funds not used or wagered within the period stated in the specific bonus terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus will also expire if not used within the stated period.
Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lg999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.

Intellectual Property

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of lg999.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform may be subject to temporary suspension for maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond lg999's control, including internet service disruptions. lg999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability or technical failure.
